Is shipping available?

Yes, we ship throughout the continental United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our treats are small batch and made fresh to order. They are typically shipped within a day or two of receiving the order.

Can I find your product in stores?

Our dog treats are available in store at:

  • Smith + Trade Mercantile in Stillwater, MN
  • Et Cetera in Hudson, WI
  • Posh Pooch in Woodbury, MN
  • Golden Fig Fine Foods in Saint Paul.

What ingredients do you use in your dog treats?

We bake with only fresh, whole, real ingredients like sweet potatoes, beets, blueberries, oats, peanut butter, and honey.

Is there a real Murphy?

Yes! Murphy is our very treat motivated Golden Retriever. Murphy is our mascot and official taste tester. We don’t sell anything that Murphy doesn’t approve.

Do I need to refrigerate the dog treats?

No, our treats are shelf stable. We recommend that you eat them within a month, but we doubt that they’ll be on your shelf for that long.

Do you make cat treats?

No, not at this time.

Where are you based?

We make all our treats in Woodbury, Minnesota. It’s just east of the Twin Cities near the St Croix River.

Are your treats fried?

No, all of our treats are baked to provide the most wholesome, healthy treat for your dog.

How many calories per treat?

Most of our treats are 10 kcal per treat. Our treats are nutritious supplements for your dog’s diet.

There’s a problem with my order. Can I get a refund?

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Contact us for any refund question at murphysbakerymn@gmail.com 

Returns are available on merchandise only; perishable treats are not returnable. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item..

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes! Murphy’s Bakery will fulfill custom orders for bulk orders of any of our custom dog treats.
